A reservation can be made over the phone or an email can be sent with the full details of the trip. This is captured on our system and the information is given to the driver.

  • You will receive information on your driver, and your driver will have the information you provided so you and your driver can easily identify one another. You can rest assured that your information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and is securely stored in accordance with data protection regulations. 
  • Your driver will be in contact with Sechaba’s Head Office before departure, on arrival, and throughout your journey. Don’t fret – your driver will not be texting and driving to make this happen. Sechaba’s Head Office is further notified once your journey is complete. 
  • Your driver is trained to adhere to the traffic rules as stipulated in the RTMCA, as well as the internal safety protocols of Sechaba Executive Transfers. This is a mandatory requirement, in addition to background checks, which every driver must pass to become a part of the Sechaba team. 
  • All our vehicles are covered with passenger liability insurance which provides an added layer of protection for our passengers in the unlikely event of an accident.

In the event of any issues or emergencies, our drivers have the means to swiftly contact our office for assistance. They are specifically trained to respond effectively to any situation that may arise during the journey.
